Beata Sobczak – partner, legal advisor, a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.

She is a lawyer with considerable experience in providing legal services to business entities, both in Poland and abroad; she had her internship in an international law company, Hammond Suddards-Bradford, Lincols Inn London, in the Company Department; she also completed a course “Companies and contracts in English law” at the University of London, Queen Mary College, London, and a course in European law within the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence Project at the Nicolaus Copernicus University, Toruń.

Her areas of expertise are: commercial law, intellectual property and unfair competition law and company law.

She combines her profession with social activity: she seats as a deputy chairman in the management board of the Organization of Employers LEWIATAN for the Regions of Kujawy and Pomerania (Kujawsko-Pomorska Organizacja Pracodowaców LEWIATAN). She is also a member of the Social Dialogue Province Commission in Bydgoszcz.

As a legal advisor, she provides legal services to commercial law companies as well as public utility entities and organizational self-government units. She has vast experience in creating and advising non-governmental organizations.

Her areas of expertise are: law of public procurement, industrial law and business entities transformations.

She combines her professional activity with social activity as a member of the District Disciplinary Court at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors (OIRP) in Toruń and a member of the Monitoring Committee for the Human Capital Operational Programme, on behalf of the Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan.
